Answering incoming calls from customers and ensure instant customer satisfaction.
Respond to customer enquiries.
Receiving customer complaints and input those in the system for necessary measures and provide them information about the resolution of the same.
Troubleshoot/ helping to resolve customer service problems.
Provide general information.
Maintaining high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the organization.
Age 18 to 28 years

Candidates must have, # Excellent Communication & Presentation Skill. # must be energetic, self- motivated, challenging. # Basic Knowledge in English.
